National Guard troops in critical condition after DC shooting

Officials gave an update Wednesday on a shooting in Washington D.C. that left two National Guard members in critical condition. FBI Director Kash Patel said the troops were "attacked," while Washington D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser called it a "targeted shooting." A suspect is in custody.
