Inflation rises, economy slows as Iran war continues

We are learning more after the Commerce Department on Thursday reported that the personal consumption expenditures (PCE) index rose 0.4% on a monthly basis in April and is up 3.8% from a year ago. This also comes as Fox Business reports that goods prices were up 1.2% in April compared with a year ago, and were down 0.1% from the prior month.
