East Coast prepares for nor’easter, coastal flooding

We are continuing to watch as the first fall nor'easter of 2026 heads toward the New York City area. The increased windy weather could become a major storm bringing gusty winds and coastal flooding to the East Coast this weekend. According to weather experts, the combination of heavy rainfall and strong winds will be most likely to cause impacts over coastal locations, peaking Friday into Saturday. LiveNOW’s Anna Marsick is speaking with Meteorologist Joe Martucci, who is tracking the latest storm impacts from Sea Bright, New Jersey.
