Report: UK woman paid FL man to torture, kill her

A woman from the United Kingdom who was reported missing after traveling to the United States has been found dead in Florida. A Florida man has been arrested in her death. According to records, the woman allegedly met the man on a website and was looking for someone to apparently torture and ultimately kill her.
