4 shot during NC Christmas tree lighting

Four people were shot Friday evening at a Christmas tree lighting ceremony in North Carolina. According to officials three people are in critical condition and one in stable condition following the shooting. Investigators are asking for anyone who attended the event that may have witnessed something to come forward.
