96th ATC Change of Command Ceremony

A 96th Aviation Troop Command Change of Command Ceremony has taken place. This ceremony honors the group's new leaders, with recognition from former commanders and retired leaders. This ceremony is being held in Washington State recognizing the Washington Army National Guard. Col. Jay De La Vega spoke at the event.
