More details are being revealed in the mass shooting over the weekend in Philadelphia that left three people dead and almost a dozen others injured. Two suspects have now been arrested in connection with the shooting, but murder charges have yet to be issued. Meanwhile, one witness was outraged at seeing people yell and attempt to interfere with officers who were trying to save one of the victims in the shooting.
