Illegal migrant charged after deadly U-turn crash

Officials say the undocumented truck driver accused of causing a deadly crash in Fort Pierce, Florida, that killed three people had previously failed English and road sign tests. The driver, Harjinder Singh, entered the U.S. illegally through the southern border in 2018 but later obtained a commercial driver?s license in California. The suspect appeared in court on Tuesday and has been charged.
