Toddler dies after left in hot truck, sheriff says

An 18-month-old Florida boy died after he was left in a hot truck for more than three hours while his father got a haircut and drank at a bar, according to Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood. The boy's dad, Scott Allen Gardner, was arrested on felony charges including aggravated child abuse and manslaughter.
