SUV crashes into river in Philadelphia

News outlets in Philadelphia are reporting this morning, a couple was making out when they accidentally shifted their vehicle into gear, sending it into the Schuylkill River early Wednesday morning, this information coming from local police. Officials say, all occupants were able to get out of the vehicle.
