Bodega worker murder charges dismissed: Use of force justified, prosecutors say

The Manhattan district attorney has filed to dismiss murder charges against bodega worker Jose Alba, who fatally stabbed a man inside his store earlier this month. Prosecutors had charged him with second-degree murder, but determined that Alba's use of force was justified given that the deceased man and his girlfriend were both seen on video attacking Alba inside his store while he appeared to be defending himself.
