The man believed to be responsible for a shooting in Northwest D.C. was found dead in his apartment. D.C. police chief Robert Contee said the gunmen "took his life" in a fifth-floor apartment and was later identified as 23-year-old Raymond Spencer of Fairfax, VA. Six firearms and multiple rounds of ammo were recovered from the apartment Spencer was found in. Four victims were injured and are all expected to survive.
