U.S. warns Venezuela to cooperate or risk another attack

The U.S. is warning Venezuela that another attack could be in store. President Donald Trump told NBC News this week that he could launch a second military operation into the country if it's acting president, Delcy Rodriguez, stops cooperating. Today, the Venezuelan military confirmed at least 24 people in uniform died during the U.S.'s operation over the weekend.
