Mayor asks FBI for "John" to receive $50K reward

Brett Smiley, the mayor of Providence, Rhode Island has written a letter to FBI Director Kash Patel, asking that the $50,000 reward in the Brown University shooting go to "John," a homeless, former Brown University who confronted the shooter and helped to identify him. Jeff Wenninger with Law Enforcement Consultants joined LiveNOW's Josh Breslow to discuss the case.
