Louisville UPS plane crash: at least 11 killed

At least 11 people are dead, including a child, after a UPS plane exploded on the runway during takeoff at the Louisville Airport. At least 15 others are injured. Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear and other officials provide the latest information.
