After officially securing the Democratic nomination, Kamala Harris and her newly-named running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz hit the campaign trail in the Midwest. As the two kicked off their campaign together, former President Donald Trump's running mate, JD Vance also hit the trail, running into the Harris campaign on the tarmac in Wisconsin. The Midwest is a key battleground area, and one that Harris shows momentum in, as compared to her predecessor, President Joe Biden. UW-Madison Professor Michael Wagner joins LiveNOW from FOX.
