Navy identifies 2 SEALs presumed dead

The Defense Department has identified 2 SEALs, Special Operator First Class Christopher J. Chambers and Special Operator Second Class Nathan Gage Ingram, who have been declared dead after they went missing at sea during a mission in the Arabian Sea.
