Netanyahu rejects push for Palestinian statehood

On Thursday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu rejected to scale back the offensive in the Gaza strip despite repeated calls from the U.S. to do so. Netanyahu also refused to take steps toward the establishment of a Palestinian state once the war comes to an end.
