Trump: All Presidents have to have immunity

Trump and his lawyers delivered remarks after a hearing Tuesday morning. The former President plead not guilty to overturning the results of the 2020 elections in August and is now seeking the dismissal of the case. Trump said he has "absolute immunity" and all President's should have it.
