Ernesto slams Puerto Rico with heavy rain

According to FOX Weather, Tropical Storm Warnings remain in effect for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands as Tropical Storm Ernesto continues to pound the islands with flooding rain and damaging wind gusts, and forecasters warn that the storm is expected to become a hurricane sometime Wednesday.
