Reopening of Gaza's Rafah crossing expected soon

The reopening, announced by Israel on Friday, is part of entering the second phase of the U.S.-brokered ceasefire, and it raises hopes for thousands of war-wounded Palestinians seeking travel abroad for medical care, and for tens of thousands of people outside Gaza seeking to return home.
