CDC recommends covering face when outside, Trump calls it 'voluntary'

President Donald Trump announces during Friday's Task Force press briefing that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is advising the use of non-medical, cloth-based coverings "as an additional, voluntary public health measure."
