Former officer arrested at State Farm Stadium
Joshua Runkles was arrested after allegedly bringing weapons into State Farm Stadium and impersonating a member of law enforcement ahead of Charlie Kirk's memorial service that will be held on Sunday. A federal source tells FOX News that Runkles is a former law enforcement officer from another state.
