Death toll rises in TX amid new flash flood warning

The Death toll rises to 129 in Texas amid catastrophic flooding in the area. According to out partners at FOX Weather more flash floods are expected in Texas this evening into the morning. This comes as search and rescue crews continue the search for the dozens who remain missing. FOX Weather's Katie Byrne has more from the ground.
