TX flooding: At least 118 dead, more than 160 missing

Texas officials on Wednesday provided an update on the catastrophic flooding over the July Fourth weekend that left multiple people dead and several missing. Officials said Wednesday during an update at 11:00 a.m. eastern time that the death toll has climbed to 118. Across the state, more than 160 people are considered missing, authorities confirmed.
