$230M aid pier up and running

The American military, just within shouting distance of Gaza's coast, is taking another stab at delivering aid to Palestinians by sea. After a few attempts, a $230 million pier is ready for use again. The project launched back in mid-May, but had to pause due to rough seas. Ken Gray joins Jeane Franseen to discuss the latest.
