National Guard aiding in NYC's migrant surge

New York governor Kathy Hochul is calling on the national guard to battle the influx of migrants in the city's shelter system. It comes at the city's right to shelter law heads back to court for another hearing this afternoon. Both Hochul, and mayor Eric Adams are discouraging new arrivals, citing a lack a space. The two are also joining in on the call for more security at the border.
