Sec. Rubio provides update on Ukraine peace plan

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio was in Geneva Sunday for talks with Ukraine and its European allies on the latest U.S.-proposed peace plan for the war-torn country. U.S. lawmakers who are critical of the plan have said they spoke with Rubio who told them that the plan is a “wish list” of Russian interests.
