Leavitt addresses government shutdown

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt held an emergecny briefing to discuss the ongoing government shutdown and answer some questions from the media. Leavitt says the President is working hard to reopen the government and that she hopes the democrats will reach a vote today that could make that happen.
