ICE opens new detention facility in Angola, LA

A new Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention facility dubbed "Louisiana Lockup" is now open in Angola, LA. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and Attorney General Pam Bondi joined Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry for the announcement.
