Texas flooding death toll rises to 24

The death toll from the "catastrophic" flooding in Central Texas has risen to 24, officials said on Friday night. More than 20 girls attending a summer camp are still unaccounted for. A letter to parents from Camp Mystic, a private Christian summer camp for girls located 18 miles from Kerrvile, TX in Hunt, said they had experienced "catastrophic level" floods. While two of the groups have been fully accounted for, the letter stated "if your daughter is not accounted for, you have been notified."
