SCOTUS could block birthright citizenship order

The Supreme Court appeared intent Thursday on maintaining a block on President Donald Trump’s restrictions to birthright citizenship. It was unclear what such a decision would look like, but a majority of the court has already expressed concerns about would happen if the Trump administration were allowed to deny citizenship to children born in the United States with parents who are in the country illegally.
