Sec. Duffy speaks on air traffic control, safety

U.S. Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy spoke to reporters outside the White House about air traffic safety. His remarks come as hundreds of flights were either delayed or canceled between last week and the start of this week at Newark Liberty International Airport.
