Today: Hearing for man mistakenly deported

Happening today a US district court judge will hold a hearing today in the case of a Maryland man mistakenly deported to El Salvador. This after claims from the Trump administration stating that the US has no control over the man's release. FOX 5 Washington DC's Melanie Alnwick has more.
