Judge: Menendez brothers hearing can move forward

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman ruled that the Menendez brothers' resentencing hearings are able to move forward. Erik and Lyle Menendez have been behind bars for the 1989 murders of their parents Jose and Kitty Menendez. LiveNOW's Andrew Craft interviews District Attorney Hochmann about his ruling.
