Planes clip wings at Reagan Airport in DC

A plane hit another plane's wing while on the runway at Reagan National Airport Thursday afternoon, according to members of Congress who say they were onboard. One of those lawmakers, Rep. Nick LaLota (R-NY), spoke to LiveNOW's Josh Breslow about the experience.
