Trump: Ukraine agreed to terms of minerals deal

President Donald Trump said Ukraine has agreed to the terms of a rare earth minerals deal. Trump also mentioned that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will be coming to the White House on Friday to sign the deal. "The American taxpayer now is going to get their money back ? plus," Trump said.
