Arrest of deaf, disabled man sparks outrage

The Phoenix Police Department has come under fire after two of its officers were seen on body cam attacking a deaf disabled man in August. The man, Tyron McAlpin, had charges against him dropped after the county attorney took a deeper look at what happened.
