KC Chiefs Rashee Rice's attorney speaks out

A lawyer for Kansas City Chiefs Rashee Rice told reporters that Rice "is cooperating with authorities after leaving the scene of a multi-vehicle accident. Police say two speeding cars lost control causing the collision.
