El Paso Walmart shooter in court for hearing

A Texas federal judge on Monday is set to consider how much the gunman in the 2019 racist mass shooting at a Walmart should pay families of 23 people killed. The restitution hearing is expected to be at 9 a.m. CT at the Albert Armendariz Sr. Federal Courthouse in Downtown El Paso.
