Disaster Declaration: Deadly tornado in Texas

At least three people were killed and more than 100 others injured after a tornado hit Perryton, Texas earlier this week. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott spoke Saturday afternoon after touring the storm damage and signed a disaster declaration for multiple counties.
