What caused deadly dust storm in Illinois?

At least six people were killed and dozens of others injured after a dust storm along Interstate 55 in Illinois. Dr. Karin Ardon-Dryer, assistant professor of Atmospheric Science at Texas Tech University, joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to explain what led to the dust storm.
