China threatens measures against U.S. after spy balloon shot down

China said Wednesday that it plans to take measures against the U.S. after the suspected spy balloon was show down off the coast of South Carolina earlier this month. Mark Chandler, an intelligence and security studies professor at Coastal Carolina University, spoke with LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow about the possible measures.
