Helene weakens to Tropical Storm after landfall

Helene has been downgraded to a tropical storm after it made landfall along Florida's Big Bend region late Thursday night, but the storm's effects are being felt across the Southeast and mid-Atlantic, including in the city of Atlanta where Flash Flood Warnings were issued. Felecia Bowser with the National Weather Service in Tallahassee, Florida joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow with a look at the forecast.
