A Kentucky State University student is dead and another critically injured after an alledged targeted attack on campus. Frankfort police said 48-year-old Jacob Lee Bard, of Evansville, Indiana, was booked on murder and first-degree assault charges in connection with the campus shooting. A motive has not been announced and Bard was not a student at the University.
