The Al Udeid Air Base is also the headquarters of the U.S. military's Central Command. Ongoing conflict against Iran has now caused oil prices to rally following the latest escalations in the Middle East. Treasury yields also jumped with worries that higher inflation could keep the Federal Reserve from cutting interest rates.
