Trump reassigns Noem as Mullin tapped for DHS

President Donald Trump on Thursday reassigned Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and said he would nominate Oklahoma Sen. Markwayne Mullin to replace her. Trump said Noem would serve as “Special Envoy for the Shield of the Americas,” a new Western Hemisphere security initiative.
