Terrorism charges filed against teens after bomb plot

We are learning new information today about the two individuals accused of bringing explosives to a protest outside the official residence of the Mayor of New York. The pair of teens have been charged with attempting to provide material support to ISIS, use of a weapon of mass destruction, and related offenses.
