Armed 18-year-old arrested near U.S. Capitol

We are getting the latest this Tuesday after U.S. Capitol Police say a man was arrested outside the U.S. Capitol building on after bringing a loaded shotgun onto the premises. The incident happened shortly after 12 p.m. on the Lower West Terrace. Officials say the suspect also had multiple rounds of ammunition and was equipped with a tactical-style vest.
