3 children living with body of 9-year-old brother for a year: Police

Police in Houston have found three children abandoned in an apartment along with skeletal remains of a child and are now questioning the mother of the children. It is unclear how long the three children were ages 15, 10 and 7 were left alone inside the home. Authorities found the scene after the 15-year-old boy called police and said his 9-year-old brother had been dead for a year and his body was in the room next to his.
